There is a concept called working smart instead of working hard lately, but Pareto solved this years ago. and came up with the 80-20 rule. According to this rule, instead of working hard, focusing on the right issues and working on the right issues ensures that we get 80% results with 20% of our effort. We are talking about Pareto analysis.

There can be many problems in a workplace. For example, you may have received many complaints from many of your customers. Of course, you need to deal with almost all of them, but which one should you start with? This is important. It is certain that when you solve some problems, many other problems are also solved depending on this problem, but which are some of these problems? We deal with many problems like this in both our business and private lives, but it is impossible to solve all the problems at the same time. Attacking these problems randomly or assigning priority to these problems and dealing with the problems according to this priority is equivalent to being successful or working hard and achieving little.
